Ingredients(for the base): *150 g of vainilla cookies *60 g of saltless butter (melted) (For the cheesecake): *400 g of cream cheese *2 spoons of lemon zest *80 ml of lemon juice *400 g of condensed milk *1 water spoon *4 g of gelatin (no flavor) Procedure: Base 1. Put the cookies in a tightly sealed bag and roll with a rolling pin until crumbs are obtained. Pour the rumbs into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well until it has the texture of wet sand. 2. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm removable mold and distribute partially. Crush the cookies with the bottom of a glass, press and compact the base well. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes. Cheesecake: 3. In a bowl, add the cream cheese and blend for a few minutes to make it creamy. 4. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and condensed milk. Blend until everything is well integrated. Reserve. 5. People doesn’t care about their health-care, these days. Because they feel desesperate about their social status or lives and can't live without showing everything they get (specially material). And because of this, they don't take this State seriously, causing other people suffering. This doesn’t mean this isn't hard, of course it is, that’s why we have to take care and be patient. Which many people can't. I hope we return in a responsible and safe way, so we can after relax.

People would get infected and madly ill, with severe symptomps. With over saturated hospitals, including a massive return or shut down of activities. Which would be devastating for everyone, taking away the hope of an effective vaccine and a strong er virus within. I really hope this doesn’t happen, as it could have terrible consequences, like a higher death rate, more unemployment and anxiety or sadness feelings. Economy would finally colapse, meaning government couldn't handle it anymore. With chaos and In security everywhere. Leading to another catastrophic crisis. Endangering everybody's future

I've always dreamed about having a dog, as I feel they are really cute and loyal with their owners. So I would love to have one, and if I could choose it's race, it would be an Alaska. Not just because que they are so kind but also because they are energetic and love to play outside or with kids. I truly believe they are the man's best friend, and I always wish one, to take care and to play with. If everything goes as planned I will have one next year. Also because I don’t see dogs as only doméstic pets, they are much more than that, they can be your friends, guides, protection and cute partner.

I've always been Grateful for many things, specially during this times. Like human or social relationships and the importance of health, this pandemic state has helped me to recognize and appreciate myself, not only because I'm healthy but also because I'm capable of doing so many things that perhaps other people can't. Now I realize, its hard to achieve your goals and be sustainable, so I'm no longer mistreating or misusing things I receive, because they took effort and time from my parents and its not fair for them. I will always try to be considerated and reasonable with everybody, showing my grattitude and manner. Everybody deserves to be treated with Respect and honor. No matter its situation, status or beliefs
