Let me tell you a story Once upon a time there was a little girl called Emma, that changed her mindset about being enclosed or space limited and started spending her time in a productive way, and focused in all the activities she could do to improve her surrounding or area in order to feel occupied or busy. She also tried new hobbies like reading a book, preparing cookies, watching a movie, sewing some designs and practice her skills and little by little she started getting rid of anxious, stressful and disturbing thoughts. Emma convinced herself she was not alone, by making a schedule or setting some tasks she could do, to stay active and energetic and move on with your day or a disciplined habits that will surely help. Just like she give the best of you, every single time, find new ways to use your space and don't forget to Interact with your family, friends and beloved ones. Try to Keep a positive attitude,find hope and happiness when people think there isn't. It's important to be dedicated and capable, that way you will feel useful and energetic to move on. Staying active gives you the energy and strength to continue with your day, and then make it a routine or a disciplined habit that will surely help , not only your physical condition but also your mental health.
